Who am I?

I am the person who can come into your organization, and help it get ready for ISO9001/AS9100 audits.

I am able to help your organization eliminate wastes in your current processes in order to help you achieve a successful future.

I am driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, and devoted to achieving high standards.

I am a strong believer that having good ethics is critical to an organization's success.

I feel that the safety and well-being of employees and customers needs to have a strong focus at all times.

I am a leader that would not expect my team to do tasks that I would not do myself.

I love to learn new topics, and sharing my knowledge to help everyone grow into a brighter future.

I like to face challenging situations, and seeing what knowledge I can achieve from them. Speaking of challenges, I am currently taking two concentrations (Business Data Analytics | Strategic Innovation) on my way to achieving my MBA while working full time. 

How did I get here?

To borrow from the Grateful Dead in describing how I got to where I am today it can be stated simply as "What a long strange trip it's been".

My last year of high school was spent at the Milwaukee School of Entrepreneurship which was a great way to learn about business, but I did not understand how passionate I would become about business back in those days.

Two years after graduating I decided to go back to school, and decided to major in electronics engineering.  

After graduating with my AAS I worked in production as an assembler/tester/team leader for various employers. I also spent time in restaurant management as well as warehouse management.

This was good experience that I have been able to carry with me into leadership roles as I gained a first hand understanding of what it is like to work in production, and what it takes to keep employees motivated.

After being laid off from Rockwell Automation in 2009 I worked at a few other electronic manufacturers, but started to see that this was not my idea of what I wanted in my future.

This caused me to go back to school, and the rest is history.

Life outside of work?

I have been married to a wonderful woman since 2011, and we have 2 cats that are spoiled, and loved.

I am a music fanatic, and have created my own promotions company where I strive to help independent bands gain more fans through playlists as well as hosting radio shows.

II also love to read. Some of my favorite authors are Brad Thor, Vince Flynn, Kyle Idleman, John C. Maxwell, Seth Godin, Mike Michalowicz, Gino Wickman, and Patrick Lencioni.
